Rent Vilo acts as a technology platform and is not a party to rental agreements between users unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access if these requirements are not met.

3. User Accounts

Respect the rights and privacy of other users.
Communicate professionally with landlords, tenants, and property managers.

You agree not to:

Post misleading or fraudulent listings.
Upload unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Use bots or automated tools to scrape Platform data without written permission.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

6. Communications

By using Rent Vilo, you consent to receive account notifications, booking updates, verification requests, security alerts, and other service-related communications.

Where permitted by law, you may also receive promotional emails or notifications, which you can opt out of at any time.

7. Payments & Premium Services

Certain features may require payment.

If you purchase a subscription or premium service:

Fees will be displayed before purchase.
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or our refund policy.

8. Reviews & User Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, photographs, messages, and other content.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Rent Vilo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content for operating and improving the Platform.

Rent Vilo is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

11. Disclaimer

Rent Vilo provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

Continuous or uninterrupted access.
The availability of any listed property.
That every listing is accurate or error-free.
That communications between users will result in a successful rental transaction.

Users assume full responsibility for evaluating listings and entering into rental agreements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rent Vilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Rent Vilo during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rent Vilo, its employees, directors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Platform.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your submitted content.
Your interactions with other users.

14. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms.
Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Misuse the Platform.
Harm other users or the integrity of Rent Vilo.

15. Changes to These Terms
